CLS is currently going through an unprecedented and exciting period of growth and development and is now looking for a committed and motivated Managed Service Solutions Administrator to join our AOC Department.
This role will primarily be involved in driving the Administration of the Managed Service Solutions (AOC) department to improve business performance. The (AOC) department deploys highly trained skilled staff seconded onto client sites to deliver value added solutions in the Pharmaceutical, Medical Device, Food and Environmental sectors.
As a member of the (AOC) team within operations, this role will be responsible for applying business knowledge, payroll and human resources expertise, while providing data analytics to deliver strong reporting, identify opportunities, and create efficiencies.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Streamline and maintain administration processes throughout the business team.
- Support the recruitment process – including advertising, CV filtering, communications to candidates, shortlisting, screening candidates and scheduling the interview process with relevant stakeholders.
- Record, track, develop and deliver reporting on the recruitment, selection and onboarding process.
- Utilise all platforms to manage our recruitment campaigns in an efficient and effective manner.
- Communicate to the Business regarding anomalies or trends which impact team delivery and KPI’s.
- Support CLS employees working with clients with best practise and policies.
- Record, track, develop and deliver reporting on absences, engagement, communications and exits.
- Support the implementation of any change initiatives.
- Maintain Personnel records, generating recruitment paperwork, preparing HR documents etc. ensuring strict confidentiality at all times.
- Collect, collate, and review timekeeping information for analysts on contract.
- Providing information and answering employee questions about payroll related matters.
- Managing electronic timekeeping systems or manually collecting and reviewing timesheets.
- Calculating payable hours, benefits, bonuses, tax withholdings, and deductions.
- Preparing and issuing earnings statements.
- Maintaining employee payroll records.
- Coordinating with the HR department to ensure correct employee data.
- Providing administrative assistance to the accounting department.
- Carry out project work as required.
Qualifications
- Degree in business administration / HR/ finance, or accounting preferred.
- Payroll or CIPD Qualification desirable.
- 2 years relevant industry experience.
- Proficiency in MS Office 365 and payroll software programs.

- Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in project management would be advantageous
- Previous experience in life sciences and/or shared services experience is a distinct advantage.
