Job Title: Executive Assistant to CEO
Reporting to: CEO
Responsibilities:
- Directly support CEO and Directors
- Provide administrative support
- Manage information with confidentiality and discretion
- Provide support with calendar management and organising meetings
- Process expenses for CEO
- Produce presentations and reports using Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- Coordinate corporate visits and book hotels and ground transport
- Source and coordinate information for weekly report
- Assist with Ad hoc duties and projects as and when required
- Support and help in marketing campaigns.
- Organise visitor itinerary’s
- Setting up and scheduling video calls
- Have a can do and flexible attitude towards being a team player and complying with a helpful culture.
Experience/Skills
You will have worked in an administrative role for 3 years+ and have relevant qualifications.
- Can demonstrate effective administrative skill built over relevant experience
- Proven ability to build relationship across an organisation
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Well developed time management skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to prioritise, work on own initiative and multi-task
- Positive, pro-active and flexible
- Conduct your role in a highly professional and confidential manner
