In 1994, Evelyn O’Toole (CEO and Founder) set up CLS in Ros Muc using her redundancy money from a previous job. She was committed to creating jobs for other scientists like herself to live and work in the West of Ireland.
25 years on, CLS has grown with two facilities in Galway and a team of 195 who provide expert services to over 700 national and international clients across the food, environment, pharmaceutical and medical device sectors.
