This role will primarily be responsible for supporting all recruitment for the various and diverse business units of CLS. Reporting to the Senior HR Manager, this role will work on their own initiative to competently deliver a variety of tasks including recruitment, selection, onboarding, workforce planning, talent management and attrition. The role requires someone who is excellent with internal and external customers, face to face, virtual and phone manner, excellent organisational skills and likes working with a busy team environment.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Service Manager to oversee and manage the operational performance of our services across various client sites. The ideal candidate will have a solid science or technical background, substantial client-facing experience, and a proven track record in managing teams and enhancing service delivery. This role will involve significant travel, engaging with both clients and on-site analysts to ensure exceptional service quality and to anticipate and address our clients’ future needs.
