Quality Manager ISO 17025 & ISO 9001:2015
Sharon is a native of Cork, she joined CLS in 2016 as deputy quality manager with specific responsibility for the food microbiology department. Sharon was promoted to Quality Manager in July 2017 carrying the company’s responsibilities and leadership in ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 17025.
Sharon has 20 years of experience in the food manufacturing and laboratory environment with industry development of working food safety systems and quality protocols to International Standards.
She previously worked in food manufacturing in California as Compliance Manager implementing food safety and support programs and has experience as Food Safety Manager working for a large indigenous fast food group.
Education
She holds a BSc, Dip. Industrial Biology, Dip. Dairy Science and is a Lead Assessor Quality Auditor.
