Elaine O’Neill

HR Director

Elaine is a senior HR professional with over 20 years’ experience, mainly in the MedTech sector.  She started her career in recruitment before moving into in-house HR roles where she has worked across all aspects of the HR function.

With particular strengths in HR and business strategy, talent management, employee engagement, culture enhancement and communications, Elaine supports all CLS employees in her role as HR Director.  She particularly enjoys leading and facilitating the creation of high-performance cultures and has a proven track record of delivery, most recently in an early-stage organisation with a non-invasive medical device used in the treatment of Stress Urinary Incontinence, and prior to that, with a private Irish MedTech company developing non-invasive medical grade products for muscle strengthening, toning and pain relief.

Elaine holds a Masters in HR Leadership from Sheffield Hallam University. She also holds Bachelors degrees from the Galway-Mayo Institute of Technology in Personnel Management and from the University of Galway in Irish and English, as well as a Higher Diploma in Business Studies.
